What does the 13 11 20 webchat service provide
The 13 11 20 webchat service provides:
- Brief informational, practical and emotional support,
- Information on CCQ programs and services, and
- Direction to health and other services which may meet your needs.
What the service doesn’t provide
The 13 11 20 webchat service is unable to provide crisis support, and we recommend you contact Lifeline 13 11 14 or the Suicide Call Back Service 1300 059 467.
The service doesn’t provide counselling, and we suggest you call 13 11 20 to discuss referral options.
How to access the service
To webchat with a member of the 13 11 20 team:

- Complete the form, and
- Accept the Privacy Collections Statement.
