Submit your question through our form below and a member of our Cancer Information and Support team will respond to your email request within two business days.

If you would prefer to speak to a health professional over the phone you can call 13 11 20 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Alternatively, for all fundraising enquiries call our fundraising hotline on 1300 65 65 85 to speak with one of our helpful fundraising team members today.

Make a donation by phone

Call our donor hotline on 1300 66 39 36, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.

At Cancer Council Queensland, protecting and safeguarding our generous donors is our top priority.
Beware of any scam calls and door to door collections from people impersonating Cancer Council Queensland staff and volunteers.

We do not conduct door to door or phone collections. Please do not provide your credit card details to these people and contact the police if you are approached.
