Chris Warren Homes and Edenbrook Estate have joined forces to build “The House of Hope” for Cancer Council Queensland, a new four-bedroom home nestled within a cul-de-sac of Rockhampton’s most sought-after land development. The House of Hope will be auctioned off in February with all funds going towards life-saving cancer research and services.
The 215 square meter house is the perfect home for a family encompassing open plan living, kitchen and patio areas, a separate media room and a two-car garage. Only minutes from the city, the new residents will also enjoy access to over 40 hectares of leafy parkland, kilometres of walking paths and landscaped streets with spectacular park and rural views.
The House of Hope is a Central Queensland first and the brainchild of Edenbrook Estate Operations Manager, Danny Carr, who wanted to team up with Mel and Chris Warren to raise funds for a cause that has affected us all.
“Cancer is something that has touched everyone, whether directly, or indirectly through a family member, friend or work colleague”, says Danny.
The House of Hope, built by many local trades and suppliers, will be finished with a range of quality trimmings and is demonstrative of Edenbrok Estate’s and Chris Warren Home’s commitment to the Queensland community.
