Anyone leaving a gift in their Will to Cancer Council Queensland is eligible to use our Free Will Service.
The Free Will Service is provided in partnership with local law firms with qualified Solicitors, who can help create your Will, or update your existing Will – for free.
You are welcome to contact directly any of our partner law firms listed below to make an appointment to have your Free Will written or updated.
Alternatively, if you have any questions prior to making your appointment, please contact our friendly team on 07 3634 5190 and we can assist you with any enquiries.
Please note, if your Will has detailed provisions that cause complex planning, you will need to discuss this with the referred solicitor as there will be additional costs based on their usual scale of fees.

We always welcome new partners to support our Free Will Service. We are currently looking for law firms in North Queensland to provide this service in the local community.
In January 2024, we welcomed new Free Will Service partner South Geldard Lawyers in Rockhampton.
