Every contribution helps support those living with cancer. Whether a one-off donation or monthly gift, your support ensures funding stability for long-term goals and future generations.
Leave a legacy by including a gift in your Will, starting a tribute page for a loved one, or funding a research grant for early-career cancer researchers driving clinical innovations.
Organise a fundraising event in your community, either as a team or an individual. You can join one of our existing fundraising events or you might like to come up with your own way.
When organisations work together, we can have a greater impact for every Queenslander going through cancer and help amplify our message for all Australians.
However you get involved, you’re making a direct impact on the lives of Queenslanders affected by cancer. See the results of what we’ve all achieved.

The story behind Ben’s Authentic Dreaming artwork
There is a quiet strength in showing up as yourself. In a world where people often feel pressure to perform, hide, or wear different masks to fit different spaces, authenticity becomes an act of courage. It is not about perfection. It is about alignment. Speaking truthfully. Standing respectfully. Taking ownership of who you are and the energy you bring into the world. This artwork created for Cancer Council Queensland reflects that spirit. The circular centre represents a living core, suggesting that each person carries an inner fire. Around it, pathways, eyes and flowing forms convey awareness, connection and responsibility. The design shows that integrity is not only seen by others, but also recognised within ourselves, that every action creates a ripple. Authenticity is deeply healing. When people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles, their hopes, or even their vulnerabilities; connection becomes real. Communities become stronger. Support becomes meaningful rather than performative. Respect also sits at the heart of integrity. To walk respectfully means understanding that our choices affect the people around us. Ownership means being accountable for our words, our behaviour, and our impact. Like the artwork itself, those ideas move in cycles, constantly returning us back to centre. The piece reminds us that honesty is not weakness. It is a form of light. A steady sun carried inside the human spirit.
