Beware of any scam calls and door to door collections from people impersonating Cancer Council Queensland staff and volunteers. We do not conduct door to door or phone collections. Please do not provide your credit card details to these people and contact the police if you are approached.

National Relay Service

Cancer Council Queensland welcomes contact through the National Relay Service from people who are d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone.

When contacting the BDO Secure hotline, Whistleblowers will have the option to:

  • Remain completely anonymous from both BDO Secure and CCQ
  • Remain anonymous to CCQ only but provide their details to BDO Secure for an
  • Further correspondence relating to the Misconduct Disclosure, or
  • Identify themselves to BDO Secure and CCQ.
