Entry Restrictions | Participation is open to residents of Australia at the commencement of the Promotion Period over the age of 18 who have participated in at least one online interview activity by 1 November 2024 aiming to get a user perspective to optimise the Cancer Council Queensland website. (each and “Activity”). | |||
Entry Procedure | Participants must complete at least one online interview activity during the Promotion Period with a representative from Romeo. .
Upon completion of each online interview Activity, they will be emailed a digital $100 visa gift card (i.e., e-gift card) as a thank you for their time. Total hours of participation will be calculated in 15-min increments. |

Number of Entries | Each Participant may take part in an interview Activity once and only once, with a total of 12-16 co-design Activities to participate in. Multiple entries are not permitted. A maximum of 30 Participants can take part in each Activity. | |||
Voucher Details | The total number of Visa Gift Cards to give away to Participants will equal the number of participants who participate in each interview Activity. Each Participant will receive one $100 Voucher for each interview Activity they participate in.

Voucher Claim Date | Vouchers will be emailed out to the Participants within 30 business days after participation in each interview activity.
If a Participant does not provide an email address within 30 business days of participation in a co-design activity, the Voucher will be forfeited. |
Terms and Conditions of Entry for Cancer Council Queensland Website Study
- The following terms and the Schedule above form the Conditions of Entry for this Promotion and set out all of the information you need to know regarding this Promotion. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless otherwise stated. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Schedule, then information set out in the Schedule applies. By participating, you agree that these Conditions of Entry apply to you.
- The Promoter is Cancer Council Queensland (ABN 48 321 126 727) of 553 Gregory Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006 (Promoter, we, us, our).

Entrants
- The eligibility requirements for this Promotion are set out in the Entry Restrictions.
- Directors, managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families (i.e., spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)) are ineligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
How to enter
- To enter, you must follow the Entry Procedure (refer to Schedule).
- You will not be eligible for any Voucher unless you have completed at least one online interview Activity with the Promoter by 1 November 2024.
- We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry, failure to meet any requirements set out in the Entry Procedure, or if (in our reasonable opinion), you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way.
- If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control (for example, infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion.
- All decisions made by us are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The eligibility of Participants to receive a Voucher is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
Vouchers
- The Voucher details are set out in the Voucher Details section in the Schedule.
- Voucher values are accurate as at the start of the Promotion Period. Any variation after that date is beyond our control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Voucher, which are not specified in the Schedule, are the responsibility of the Participant.
- Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a Voucher is not available, we will substitute it for another voucher of equal or higher value (in our discretion). This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
How to claim the Voucher
- The Voucher will be emailed using the email address information provided by the Participant at the time of the online co-design Activities. We accept no responsibility for any lost, deleted or misdirected emails.
- If (having made reasonable efforts) we cannot contact a Participant for whatever reason, that Participant’s entry will be deemed invalid.
- As a Participant, you are responsible for your use of the Voucher, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Promoter’s use of personal information
- By entering into this promotion you agree to Cancer Council Queensland’s Privacy Collection Statement.
Intellectual Property
- Cancer Council Queensland will own all intellectual property generated from the Activities (including any materials that are developed from the Activities) (the “Results”). Cancer Council Queensland may reproduce, publish, communicate, or adapt the Results without attributing authorship to the Participants; and may alter the Results in any way, notwithstanding that this might otherwise infringe the Participant’s moral rights in the Results.
General
- We accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. We have no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. We are not liable for any consequences of user error including any costs incurred.
- You will be responsible for any tax liability associated with the Voucher.
- To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Voucher or this Promotion. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from the Voucher.
- We are not responsible for use of a Voucher which results in:
(a) loss that was not reasonably foreseeable;
(b) loss that was not caused by our breach of these Conditions of Entry or by our negligence;
(c) business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers;
(d) losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control (such as faults in third party equipment); and
(e) any loss caused, or contributed to, by an entrant’s breach of these Conditions of Entry or an entrant’s negligence.
